Clubbing in Bangkok. An amazing experience.

on the 3rd night, we went clubbing! Thats us getting ready for clubbing. wk looks sian here cus he dint wana bend down lower for a shot with me. haha. he looks so funny here! hehe. still cute lah dear!

anyway, we wanted to go to the famous Bed Supper Club. but the cover charge was exhorbitant. 1000bahts just to go in and take a look! omg. Extortion. So we decided against it and went to Route 66, a club well known for its RnB and hip hop music.

Route 66, i gotta say it is an awesome club. It is really BIG. It is divided into 4 areas, north, south,east,west. each area plays a different genre of music, i suppose. We went to the hip hop, rnb area. The music is not bad. THe place is awesome. just that the crowd was not very happening. if only we could move Zouk's crowd to Route 66, it will definitely be the best clubbing experince of my lifetime. No cover charge on a friday night, cheap drinks, and a BEAUTIFUL club. the experience is one worth reminiscing. anyway, i rem i once said that MOS's toilets are by far, the nicest i ve ever seeen. Well, i take back my words now.

Route 66 has the prettiest toilets for the ladies! WooHoo! There are like 4 compartments. One compartment is the cubicle area. it is well furnished, and even the cubicle doors are really prettay. lovely colours and all. Another compartment is this area in the middle with semi-circle-cushioned benches. Ladies are welcomed to chill out there and gossip about the cute guy they just checked out in the club. that area simply did not look like one part of the toilet. It looked like a sitting area plucked out from a posh bar. it was so pretty, it was ridiculous. The third comparment to the left of the posh sitting area is for ladies to wash their hands. and perhaps reapply some makeup. A generous spacious area there to avoid the often seen q-ing- up-to-wash-hands scene in most clubs' toilets. No pushing or squeezing. everything was well in place.

Lastly, the 4th compartment is similar to that of MOS's. this area with mirrors and high tables and chairs. again, ladies could chill out there, or reapply their makeup, as what most ladies did. as you can prolly imagine now, the toilet was huge! i think the area used for the toilet is big enuff to be converted into a small posh bar. I love Route 66's toilets!! too bad i dont have any photos as there were many people in there and i was rather shy to fish out my cam. *trying to avoid looking unglam in such a posh toilet* alright, rem! the next time u go clubbing in bkk, check out Route 66 for the lovely decor, and also the toilets! the crowd cant match up to the decor, so u could groove to the music and make it a much more interesting place to hit when one is in bangkok! :)

at least, thats what we did. or tried to do. so here goes:

Anyway after clubbing, this little boy approached wk to buy flowers for me right outside the club. he was soooooooooooo persistent!! initially, i dint want it. cus i tot it was a waste of money. then he kept pestering us all the way down the street, and in the end, wk bought 6 from him. it was a bonus that i got the roses man. but i wouldnt mind if wk did not give them to me. he was kinda upset that i told his frens i only gotten 1 stalk of rose fm him in 3yrs. well, i really apologise darling. The 21 roses u gave me for ma bday today is really a pleasant surprise! *blog about my bday in a few days time. lagigng, u see. i need to spread my bangkok loving to everyone 1st b4 i proceed. hehe* Anyway, back to the clubbing topic, yep, wk bought the roses. n i loved them. Thanks darling! i am just wondering what is a little boy, the age of 7, doing on the streets at 3am in the morning. selling flowers at 3am just sounds really really sad to me. somemore, he is such a young little boy. poor kid. the look in his eyes when he looked at us was so sad that wk couldnt bear but buy the roses fm him. besides the fact that he is persistent lah. haha.

Yippee! thats me with the roses. looking tired after all the dancing in 66. okies, i am done with the clubbing post which took a long time for me to write. tired. gonna blog about my bday sooooonn.. thanks baby! for giivng me the BEST bday celebration i ve ever had! muacks. :*
